Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the in-house call centre (inbound & outbound).
- Lead a team handling solar inquiries, lead qualification, and customer engagement.
- Oversee telesales operations, monitoring call quality, KPIs, and response times.
- Use advanced CRM systems to track leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure satisfaction at every stage.

Qualifications & Skills
