Job Overview:
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/-month
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role requires expertise in managing Channel Partners & customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting with strong communication and convincing skills, preferably with experience in the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Receivable Management:
- Monitor and manage Channel Partners and customer accounts to ensure timely payment collection.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
2.Payment Follow-ups and Collections:
- Conduct regular follow-ups with channel partners / clients for pending payments.
- Use strong convincing skills to ensure prompt and successful collections.
3.Recordkeeping and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of transactions using, Tally Prime, and other accounting software.
- Prepare regular reports on outstanding payments and account statuses using Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
4.Communication and Client Interaction:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes.
- Communicate effectively to address and resolve payment-related issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
- Working knowledge in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime
- Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, in any field.
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in handling money collections effectively.
