We are hiring for a field sales executive Ahmedabad position to support our growing sales operations in the region. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills. You will be responsible for identifying new customers, converting leads, conducting site visits, and meeting monthly sales targets. Prior experience in the solar industry or B2C sales will be a strong advantage.
The position involves understanding customer requirements, designing suitable solar solutions, managing follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey. This role offers growth, performance incentives, and exposure to the thriving solar market.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify potential customers in the B2C market and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition and engagement.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate customer requirements, assess feasibility, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Customer Engagement and Support:
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Use strong convincing skills to promote solar products and services.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the solar industry.
- Gather and analyse competitor and customer data to develop effective sales strategies.
- Reporting and Coordination:
- Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and post-sales support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or B.E/ M. E in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience in the solar industry.
- Skills Required:
- Proven sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and customer relationship-building abilities.
- Expertise in market research and understanding of B2C dynamics.
