Tele Sales Executive (Maharashtra)

We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting solar products and services, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in tele-sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with customers in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and close sales.
  • Follow up with inquiries and maintain a high conversion rate of leads into customers.

2.Customer Engagement and Communication:

  • Communicate with customers in Marathi, Hindi, and English to address their queries and provide solutions.
  • Use strong convincing skills to promote the company's solar products and services effectively.

3.Market Research and Strategy:

  • Conduct research to identify potential customer needs and market opportunities in the B2C sector.
  • Provide insights into customer behaviour and feedback to improve sales strategies.

4.Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in CRM or other reporting tools.
  • Prepare periodic reports to track progress toward sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
    • MBA in Sales & Marketing, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or B.E/M.E in Electrical Engineering or Any Graduate.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience in the solar industry or B2C sales.
  • Skills Required:
    • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
    • Strong communication and customer relationship-building abilities.
    • Expertise in market research and understanding of B2C dynamics.

Qualifications and Skills:

    • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, English.Ability to research and understand the B2C market.
    • Effective customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
