As a Tele Sales Executive, you will manage outbound calling, lead follow-ups, customer engagement, and conversion of inquiries into successful sales. Candidates fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities – Telesales Role

1. Lead Generation Duties

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Arts (B.A), or any graduate program
  • Experience Minimum 1–2 years of tele-sales experience (solar preferred)

Skills Required

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English
  • Ability to understand and research B2C customer needs
  • Confident customer handling and relationship-building skills
